Practical Matters

I provide counselling for individuals and couples over the age of 18 on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. Counselling is a life-changing experience which allows the client ultimately to regain control, or to gain acceptance, over the life issues which brought them to therapy. Successful therapy may lead to a better quality of life.

If you would like to talk about your options before committing to therapy please feel free to contact me, to discuss what I am able to offer. Once we have spoken, or exchanged email, you may feel that you wish to arrange a no obligation first meeting to assess what it is you wish to deal with. Please do not hesitate to consider this option, as it may allay any fears that you may have about entering therapy.

Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and are usually scheduled on a weekly basis, although this is negotiable depending upon the client’s need. Each session costs £50 for individual therapy and £60 for couples. Referrals from third parties may have a different cost which will be clarified prior to the first session.  Concessionary rates are available outside of peak clinic times. Please contact me for further details.

My clinic days are as follows:

Online therapy – Tuesday and Thursday only 9am until 8pm
